Frank Iero, the former My Chemical Romance guitarist, has revealed the name of his new solo project for this year.
The musician, who has already released albums under frnkiero & the cellabration as well as Frank Iero & The Patience, enters his third chapter as a solo artist under the name: Frank Iero and the Future Violents.

Iero announced the news via a video on
Instagram earlier this week. In the clip, he reveals the new project’s
name by writing it on a piece of paper.
In the caption he wrote: “here’s to a happy and healthy new jeers” and hints that music will be released this spring.
Meanwhile, ex-My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way has been busy with his own solo work.
In 2018, Way shared ‘Getting Down The Germs’ and ‘Baby You’re A Haunted House’, and in 2017 he released two singles for Record Store Day: ‘Into The Cave We Wander’ and ‘Pogi’s Cavern’.
